Otto Design is now developing its own range of products for a variety of Australian and International markets.

The first product to be launched is the bicycle cleaning booth aimed specifically at the cycling industry. It has been designed to improve the performance of your staff as well as enhance your work area.

The booths have a number of great features that you will immediately appreciate. They are constructed from 304 stainless steel for corrosion resistance and have been designed with clean smooth surfaces with minimal exposed edges for easy cleaning and safety. The supporting frame is made from mild steel with a powdercoating finish for corrosion resistance and a professional appearance.

Two sizes are available: one booth will accept a fully assembled bicycle and the other is a narrower, more compact booth which will accept a bicycle with wheels removed for those workshops with limited real estate.

The booths have a recirculating system with a 12V DC on demand pump which is activated through the spray gun trigger. The pump is compatible with all common degreasing solutions.

The drain in the base of the booth will direct the solution back into the reservoir for re-use after filtration by an 80 mesh filter within the line,.

The booths are also available without the pump and associated equipment should you wish to use your own cleaning arrangements, and still include the base drain which may be plumbed as required.

The booths are delivered in two halves for quick and easy installation with minimal disruption to your workplace.
